4 Day Clinical Supervision Workshop Series.  March 25, 26, 27 and 28, 2025 Due to COVID-19 changing the way we participate in continuing education over the past 2 years, we have switched from in-person to live interactive webinars.  This switch has shown us many conveniences such as not having to deal with traffic while attending a workshop, being able to schedule clients directly after a webinar (when you would be driving home from the in-person workshop), and other general conveniences that a live, interactive webinar provides to participants.  Given this convenience, and the fact that all states where we teach allow live, interactive (synchronous) webinars to count as in-person workshops, we will continue to provide these trainings as live, interactive webinars for now. We will be keeping our eyes open for the possibility of live in-person workshops in the summer of 2023 and beyond, but for the first half of 2023 we will continue with live, interactive webinars. Our live, interactive webinars will be using the Zoom platform.  Worshop Series Goals The goals of these interactive (didactic and experiential) workshops are to increase participants knowledge and skills in providing clinical supervision. This will be accomplished by addressing supervision principles, models, and techniques for group and individual supervision. Ethical, legal, relational power, cultural, individual and organizational influences will also be covered. The workshops will help participants develop new, and enhance existing, skills. This workshop series will increase participant’s performance in providing supervision to varying supervisee populations, within differing areas of service delivery.   45 Hour Clinical Supervisor Workshop Series: Day 1 - The Role of Effective Clinical Supervision (March 25, 2025) Day 2 - Models and Techniques in Clinical Supervision (March 26, 2025) Home Study Courses/Projects Day 3 - Managing Differences and Difficult Staff Populations (March 27, 2025) Day 4 - Ethical and Legal Issues in Clinical Supervision (March 28, 2025) All workshops run from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.  Registration starts at 8:30 a.m. Price on or before March 11, 2025 is $595.00 for the entire conference.  Price March 12, 2025 - March 23, 2025 is $650.00 for the entire conference.  NOTE:  All 4 workshop days,and both home study courses are required.  This conference also provides 45 Continuing Education Clock Hours for NCC recertification and provides the 45 hours of education needed to obtain your ACS (Approved Clinical Supervisor).  This workshop is also approved by The Certification Board of NJ, Inc. for the 30 clock hours of coursework necessary to beomce a CCS (Certified Clinical Supervisor). The home study courses are included in the cost of this conference.
